Bar Utility

The Bar Utility supports the Bar Manager and bartenders by ensuring the cleanliness and smooth running of all bar operations. Their duties include washing glassware, stocking bar inventory (ice, liquor, garnishes), managing bar trash, and ensuring the back-of-house areas are clean and organized to enable efficient drink service.
