The Commis de Cuisine Pastry is an entry-level position within the pastry kitchen. They perform foundational food preparation tasks such as weighing ingredients, preparing simple doughs and batters, peeling, and basic assembly, supporting the senior pastry staff in the high-volume production of all shipboard desserts and baked goods.
