The Hotel Utility / Cleaner is an essential support role responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of all public areas, crew areas, and sometimes specific service sections outside of the main cabin zones. Their duties include vacuuming, mopping, deep cleaning public restrooms, and garbage management, ensuring the ship's common spaces are always immaculate and hygienic.
