Galley Utility

The Galley Utility is an essential support role responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of the entire galley (kitchen) operation. Their duties include washing pots, pans, and all cooking utensils, transporting and cleaning food service equipment, managing garbage disposal, and deep-cleaning the various kitchen areas. They are critical to ensuring health standards and enabling the culinary team to focus solely on food production.
