Provision Master

The Provision Master is responsible for the logistics, ordering, storage, and inventory control of all food, beverage, and hotel consumables (provisions) for the entire vessel. They manage the vast dry stores, cold rooms, and freezers, ensuring that supplies are maintained at optimal levels, minimizing waste, and coordinating the smooth loading of supplies in port.
