Receptionist / Concierge

The Receptionist or Concierge is the primary point of contact for guests at the dedicated Guest Services desk. They handle check-in and check-out procedures, manage onboard accounts, provide information about the ship and ports of call, and address any guest concerns or complaints promptly. This role requires exceptional communication and problem-solving skills to effectively manage guest requests, reservations, and general administrative duties.
