The Retail Salesperson works in the ship’s onboard shops, directly assisting guests with their purchases of merchandise. They are responsible for providing product knowledge, processing transactions, maintaining attractive displays, and actively engaging with customers to promote sales. Their key objective is to deliver excellent customer service and achieve daily sales targets while working in a high-volume, duty-free environment.
