HVAC / Refrigeration Officer

The HVAC Officer is a senior, supervisory role responsible for the management, scheduling, and strategic oversight of all Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning systems across the entire vessel. They ensure optimal climate control, air quality, and regulatory compliance, reporting to the Chief Engineer's team.

The Refrigeration Officer is a senior, supervisory role responsible for the management and operational readiness of all low-temperature systems, primarily the ship's food provision cold storage (freezers and chillers), as well as ice-making and specialized catering refrigeration units. They focus on food safety compliance and plant efficiency.
