Position Summary:

This role provides key support in the areas of Business Analytics for the Consumer Outreach organization. The Analyst will work with Operations, Quality Assurance, and Direct Sales teams to help create a unified and reliable reporting structure. This role will work closely with Sales teams to identify trends and revenue-generating opportunities. Other responsibilities include adhoc data analysis and data provisioning for our business users in support of their management and operational reporting needs.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain interactive analytics reports and dashboards using several reporting tools like Excel, Brio/Hyperion, and/or Access.
• Execute adhoc queries and data extractions from data warehousing and membership databases.
• Provide expert guidance, training, and assistance to our internal business users in effective data querying strategies and in the proper utilization of reporting tools.
• Create and manage exception reporting systems that recommend actions based on defined and changing business rules.
• Perform return on investment analysis for new marketing initiatives and pilot incentive compensation programs.
• Prepare documentation for data sourcing, results validation, and report management.
• Prepare concise presentations for management.
• Performs other duties as required.

Financial Responsibilities:

Responsible for maintenance and monitoring of data/systems used in various incentive programs.

Qualifications:

• Fifth-year college or university program certificate; or 3 - 5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Sales experience in a call center environment is highly desired.

Knowledge and Skills:

Must possess a comprehensive understanding of Relational Database Management Systems.
Expert proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint is required.
Proficiency with Hyperion, Brio, and VBA is highly desired.
Experience with Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, and/or MS Access is a plus.
Strong communication and organizational skills required
Able to interact effectively with management.
