Cruise Line:

Office located in Cyprus for a 4*+ European Cruise Line

Skills & Education:

We are looking for a well experienced Ass. Human Resources Manager (m/f) for a 4* European Cruise Line.

Candidates must have worked on board a cruise ship already as Chief Purser, First Purser or as Crew Purser.

You should have good proven management skills and be stress-resistant. You should be well informed about the relevant documents needed to work on board a cruise ship, travelling in international waters.

You should be computer literate, be well organized and must be a team player.

The position requires the ability to motivate, lead and support an international team.

Fluent English is required any additional language would be a plus.

Contract Conditions:

• very good conditions and a good overall package
• 13 months salary, cyprus contract
• 3 Continental Flights and 1 International Flight per year * Accomodation in a Hotel is paid for, for the beginning, until an apartment has been found.
