At the earliest opportunity we are looking for you as:

F & B Manager (m/f)

Your chartered goal:

• You will be responsible for managing the on-board Food & Beverage area with up to 270 staff
• Your duties will include the coordination and supervision of all workflows in your area of responsibility, with the aim of achieving the highest level of guest satisfaction
• You will know how to motivate your international crew to achieve peak performance in daily operational business, and will oversee the continuing development of your staff
• You are target and results-oriented, and are familiar with financial ratios.

Your previous ports of call:

• You have hotel training followed by business management studies, and several years of professional and management experience in superior hotels, ideally at international level
• You are proficient in German and English as well as in the use of MS Office
• You are analytical, and work in a structured, target-oriented way
• You are a confident individual, with a strong sense of commitment and responsibility.
