Assistant Beverage Manager

Well-known family cruise line is currently recruiting for the position of Assistant Manager Beverage Services.
In the role, your top responsibilities (not limited to) will include overseeing opening/closing of all bars. Assisting the Beverage Manager in ensuring service standards in bars, monitoring breakage, consumption and inventories, ensure all service procedures are in compliance with USPH standards, and ensure proper execution of all special celebrations and occasions in the bars. Monitoring bar supplies consumption per location and related sales.

Minimum requirements:

• At least 3 years' experience in a leadership role in Beverage Management within a multiple outlet operation
• Hotel management degree or equivalent
• Strong knowledge of bar operations, recipes and procedures with an emphasis on international cocktails
• Proficiency in various computer and POS systems and programs(Micros, MS Office, MS Outlook) and MMS (Material Management System)
• Proven experience in successfully leading a large international team
• Previous ship experience preferred
