Travel Chef (m/f)

Skills & Education:
We are looking for an excellent and qualified Travel Chef (m/f) for a top private yacht with a length of over 100m and under 20 cabins. You must have previous ship-experiences, ideally on a private yacht - you will travelling throughout the world with the yacht owners, mostly between London & Paris, and also in Dubai and will be working on board and within the private residences shore side.

Candidate must have top experience in his field and be used in working with premium & fresh products - the ideal candidates should also have a proven record in international Top-Hotels or Restaurants in a similar position and needs to have at least 3 year experience.

So we are looking for a great experienced candidate with strong galley background in luxury hotels or cruise lines - as this position will deliver a „taste of luxury“ to the owner and his guests in accordance with the service and style that the owner strives to achieve on a daily basis.

You are responsible for the assigned position and all related duties and you might also be ask to full fill side duties, - f.e. service duties, shopping duties, cleaning – when required.

Candidate must be able and willing to work hands-on and you should have very good USPH knowledge. You should be flexible, creative, stress resistant, be a team
player, well groomed, and be well organized at all time.

You are working close to the owner and his guests, so it should come natural to you being low key and without ostentation, as well as being discreet at all times.

Fluent English is a MUST, good French would be a big plus - and any additional language would also highly welcome.
