We are looking for a well experienced Activity Manager (m/f) for a top 5*+ yachtlike European Cruise Line with international guests and great, individual itineraries throughout the world.

The Activity Manager is a combination of a Cruise Director and a Shore Ex. manager/Tour Manager. You must have experience in a similar position within the Cruise industry (Cruise director, Shore Ex. manager, Ass. Cruise Director).

2 years of previous ship experience in any of the above positions is a must.

Your primary role is daily port talks, hosting both on-board and ashore on hikes and bikes rides. In addition the Activity Manager has the overall responsibility for all entertainment on-board and shore side including water sports.

You should be a great public speaker, with a strong social competence, have an extensive knowledge about port in the Mediterranean and Caribbean sea. An outgoing, confident and mature personality. You need strong organization skills, preferably with events planning/coordination and should have a friendly approach and a well groomed appearance. You also need to be stress-resistant, flexible and keep a calm mind, even in the busy times on board.

Fluent English is required and preferably at least one other language.
