Cocktail Bartenders (Male due to berthing requirements), P&O Australia Cruises

Throughout our 80+ year history P&O Cruises has remained Australia’s most loved cruise line. As testament to our success in the Australian/New Zealand market we will soon be expanding our fleet from 3 to 5 ships.

We are currently searching for several male Cocktail Bartenders for an October commencement on board. Key responsibilities of this position include: providing quality cocktail bar service to P&O Australia Cruises passengers; coaching and training junior bartenders; and facilitating cocktail making seminars for guests, including presenting Mix Academy sessions.

Along with 4+ years’ bartending experience, including recent experience in a dedicated cocktail bartending role and a sound knowledge of wine, our ideal candidate will bring a high customer focus, strong relationship building and interpersonal skills, great communication skills and the ability to thrive in a team working environment.

Contracts are for six months duration with two months leave in between assignments. The salary is competitive and flights, transfers and a uniform are all supplied by the company.
