Skills & Education:

We are looking for a well experienced Training and Development Manager (m/f) for a great 5* US Cruise Line with international passengers and great itineraries throughout the world.

You should have at least three years previous Cruise Ship experience at management level, best would also be a trainer degree from an international recognized institution. You will be responsible for data recording, constantly maintaining a current data base on all training programs, as well as issuing of all certificates for relevant training rounds within the fleet.

You will be responsible for creating course material and relevant documents such as power point programs, handouts, and manuals and will be evaluating the effectiveness of the training course and make suggestions for improvement.

You should have good proven management skills and be stress-resistant.

An exceptional written and oral communication skill is a must and you should be a positive, open minded person. You should have advanced USPH knowledge, computer literate, well organized and must be a team player.

The position requires the ability to motivate, lead and support an international team.

Fluent English is required any additional language would be a plus - excellent computer skills on MS Word, Excel, Power Point and MAPS are a must.

Work Experience Requirements

All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Cruise Ship, in a 4/5* Hotel or in an Upscale Restaurant.

Language Requirements

Good knowledge of the English language is required.
