HR Travel Coordinator/ HR Assistant (m/f)

Our Cyprus office is located in Limassol on the Greek side of the island strategically placed between the three other major cities. Limassol is renowned for its cultural heritage and a growing social scene with a buzzing calendar. It's also a great place for young people, it has something for everyone to enjoy, from art to music to sports.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and ambitious professional who is eager to join our team and to support us as HR Travel Coordinator / HR Assistant

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Arrange crew transportation to and from the vessel.
• Working closely with management and corporate officers as well as hotel managers.
• Compliance checking of crew documents and maintenance of the company database.
• Liaising with agents for recruiting personnel, management crew rotation and replacement.

For this position the following skills are required:

• Fluent in English and German, both written & oral is essential.
• Apprentice as travel agent with experience in any travel related area is a strong asset.
• Competence in travel arrangements, in central and Eastern Europe by both air and land.
• Ability to work under pressure and to meet set deadlines.
• Experience in HR is an advantage.
• Cruise ship or river ship experience is a must.
• A strong sense of responsibility and use of discretion.
• Good communication skills and capability to work with a team.
• Proficient use of Windows, MS Office suite and email etiquette.
