Provision Master

We are currently looking for experienced Provision Masters for small luxury cruise ships (400 pax).
As Provisions Master you are responsible for the delivery of clear and accurate results and reports, in regards to inventory transactions, cost and stock control (revenue and non-revenue) inventory levels, inventory turn over and irregularities. You will develop, implement and maintains system(s) used in the collection of food, beverage and general supply items cost / consumption data.

• Previous experience in this position on cruise ships required
• You will be supervising a small team including garbage manager
• MXP experience an advantage
• Excellent communication skills
• Fluent English

Contract rotation 4 months on / 2 months off
