Executive Sous Chef – Luxury Vessels – International
WRS Tech has the pleasure to be working with one of the world’s leading luxury vessel owner and operators and due to continued demand they are looking for a Executive Sous Chef to join their prestigious company.
In this role you will be involved in the following:
- Management for Galley Staff
- Developing procedure and practices.
- Training and mentoring of staff
- Ensuring delivery to the highest standard
To be successful in the role you will need to possess the following:
- Proven background as an Executive Chef in Medium size business (250+rooms) or Exec Sous in Larger (600+)
- Ideally from a Cruise or Passenger background but Luxury Hotel / resort considered
- Degree or equivalent in culinary qualification.
- Must be able to work as a team and on own.
- Quality and customer focused
- Passionate about work being produced
- Must be willing to work 7 days
