Chef Tournant – Luxury Vessels – International

WRS Tech has the pleasure to be working with one of the world’s leading luxury vessel owner and operators and due to continued demand they are looking for a Chef Tournant to join their prestigious company.

In this role you will be involved in the following:

- The Chef Tournant’s primary responsibilities are to ensure all communication, standards, and policies.
- Ensures all food is prepared fresh and is of the highest quality
- Maintains an organized and efficient flow of production, with regards to changes in forecasts and menus
- Continually maintains and updates daily and weekly reports in a timely manner

To be successful in the role you will need to possess the following:

- Advanced knowledge of all basic cooking techniques
- Ideally from a Cruise or Passenger background but Luxury Hotel / resort considered
- Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of Classical European, International, and World Cuisine,
- High school Diploma or Foreign Equivalent is required
- Must be able to work as a team and on own.
- Quality and customer focused
- Passionate about work being produced
- Must be willing to work 7 days
