The Communications Service Specialist (CSS) is responsible for all internet revenue generating programs onboard for both guest and crew and ensures the efficient and optimal day to day operation of the internet services and affiliated services. This includes sales, service, marketing, first level support, reporting, administration and guest printing facilities. The CSS works closely with the shipboard IT Infrastructure Specialist, M&R Manager, shipboard team and shore side support.

The Communication Services Specialist possesses a dynamic outgoing demeanor with a passion for ‘Delivering the Wow’ through industry leading customer service while demonstrating exemplary problem resolution skills. They continually strive to exceed hospitality industry standards, while ensuring complete guest and team satisfaction.
