A luxury cruise company currently have an opening for an Assistant Beverage Manager .

Candidates will be responsible for assisting the Beverage Manager in managing the vessel’s bars and lounges and must have an extensive knowledge of varying brands and quality of liquors and a basic knowledge of new and old world wines.

Must have previous high end hotel/restaurant or cruise ship experience required in this role

Salary in USD paid whilst onboard - $85.00 per day + sales Incentive. The rotation is 6 months on 2 months off.
