The Seven Seas Group is looking for finance specialist to join Carnival Cruise Line.

Potential team members must meet the minimum requirements:

  • Degree/diploma in Finance/Accounting related studies
  • Work experience in Finance/Accounting field
  • Must be fluent in English and have good grammar and writing skills
  • Pass Marlins with a score of 90% or above
  • Pass Wonderlic tests
  • PC literate
  • Attention to detail, excellent organization and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Motivated, flexible, pleasant personality and a positive attitude
  • Ability to work effectively in a multi-tasked, fast-paced environment
  • Strong work ethic, uncompromising personal integrity, as well as high level of respect for all individuals
  • Must embrace the CCL Finance core values: Accountability, Openness to Change, Trustworthiness, Sense of Urgency, Teamwork, and Professionalism

GENERAL INFORMATION:

  • Duration of contracts: 6-7 months ON, 7-8 weeks OFF
  • Training: 10 weeks on the job training with assigned Trainer-experience Finance Specialist
  • Probation time: 3 months
  • Career progression: Paymaster, Inventory Manager, Finance Director, Senior Fleet Finance Manager

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:

  • Shared cabin with facilities
  • Flight/hotel (ccl’s expense, except for joining for first contract)
  • Paid uniforms
