We are currently searching for Hotel Directors to join our team. 

Potential candidates must have at least five or more years in applicable management experience in a four or five star resort, hotel or cruise line.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Directing the function of all hotel personnel through the management of department heads
  • Recruiting, motivating, and developing staff
  • Establishing and maintaining employee relations, including regular department head meetings to ensure optimum teamwork and productivity
  • Ensuring the highest level of guest satisfaction including resolving guests' problems
  • Implementing the business and operating budget and competitive program plans to ensure on an on-going basis optimum total guest satisfaction, sales potential and profitability
  • Analyzing established goals and objectives compared to actual results and implementing recommendations to achieve projected goals
  • Monitoring cash management programs and purchasing practices
  • Allocating funds, authorizing expenditures, and assisting in planning departments' budgets
  • Establishing and maintaining a prominent level of visibility and involvement throughout the vessel, as well as conducting regular inspections of facilities
  • Participating with the corporate office in monitoring present and future trends, practices and systems in the hospitality and cruise industries

Hiring Requirements

All applicants must fulfill the following requirements:

  • Have the ability to innovate and problem solve, transform both qualitative and quantitative data into actionable reports, plan and implement new initiatives that drive revenue
  • Five or more years of management experience in an upscale hotel or cruise ship in the areas of food and beverage, guest relations, housekeeping, entertainment or human resources
  • Must be able to speak, read, and write English clearly and distinctly
  •  Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration or related field from an accredited college or university is preferred
  • Applicants must be able to accommodate a 4 months on / 2 months off contract schedule
  • Must meet all physical requirements, including the ability to participate in emergency life-saving drills and training
  • All international applicants must have the ability to obtain a C1/D1 Visa
