Corporate Trainer

We are looking for a qualified Corporate Trainer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:

• Previous experience on Upper Premium/Luxury Cruise Ships (minimum 3 years) in a managerial capacity
• Exposure to Food & Beverage and Front Office/Shorex is a must; understanding of Deck & Engine is a plus
• Full knowledge of USPH regulations as well as ship-board operations is required
• Fluent in English (written and conversational)
• Previous successful experience in training development and implementation is a must! HR experience is a plus (shore or sea)
• Great communication skills (written and verbal), positive attitude, superior leadership skills, excellent analytical skills, are mandatory
• Position will involve at least 80% travel time, so great flexibility is mandatory
• Position is available ASAP and will be based in Monaco.
