Guest Service Officer - Purser - onboard Carnival Cruise Lines

At the moment Carnival Cruise Lines is looking for Guest Service Associates

QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum of two years experience in hospitality or guest service position. Preferably in a 4*-5* hotel or resort.
Must be fluent in English and have good grammar skills. Additional languages are a bonus eg. Spanish, French, Italian, German, Portuguese, Dutch.
PC literate.
Must be at least 21 years old and have a valid passport.

GENERAL INFORMATION:
Duration of contracts 6-8 months on board, 6-8 weeks holiday.
Training: 4 weeks Guest Services College.
Career progression: Guest Service Associate, Guest Services Supervisor, Senior Guest Services Supervisor, Guest Services Manager.
Position reports to Guest Services Manager.
Probation period 3 months.
