Inbound Sales Manager - Celebrity Cruises

The Inbound Sales Manager is an exciting position consisting of the following responsibilities:

Develop and implement CO strategies and tactics

Collaborate with the Marketing Department to develop strategies for lead sourcing and planning

Provide CO Sales Coaches with goals, coaching and feedback to facilitate their professional growth, the performance of their team, and their contribution to the organization

Direct the efforts of the CO Sales Coaches in order to optimize morale, enhance the skills and productivity of CO Agents, ensure compliance and consistency in the application of company policies and Quality Assurance standards, and make recommendations to improve center efficiencies and customer satisfaction

Champion the development and use of all Sales Skill Enhancement Tools such as Witness Coaching/Development and 5-Star Certifications

Effectively manage resources to meet all corporate objectives, including optimizing service levels, handle times, auxiliary times, hold times, abandonment rates, e-quote's, booking-to-call ratios, product mix/revenue per call and any other statistical measurements/goals as established by the organization

Ensure that all members of the CO organization represent Celebrity Cruises in a manner that enhances our corporate reputation. Remain visible and approachable to all members of the CO organization to ensure open, 2-way communication

Interpret and implement company policies and procedures regarding direct customer bookings

Partner with Human Resources in the screening and selection process, on-going employee management, career development for CO employees, management of the RCCL disciplinary process, and ensuring that the annual appraisal process is completed in a fair and timely manner

Interface with all internal functions in order to build effective business relationships, facilitate problem resolution, and process improvements. Appropriately delegate assignments and authority

Maintain harmony among peers, subordinates and superiors

Performs other duties as required
Requirements:
- Inbound sales phone based center background and experience
- Strong sales experience and customer service background
- A talent for combining competitiveness and empathy leading a team
- Open to a non-traditional schedule
- Previous work in an environment of high expectations
- Ability to develop a strong team and train employees for front line call center roles
- Bachelors degree
- Travel industry experience
