Position Summary:

Responsible to manage content and exceptions within all SHRSS systems. The analyst uses business and technical knowledge to solve business problems by means of a systematic and disciplined approach. Analyst will be responsible to find common trends with the system to be addressed via software enhancements or process changes. Responsible for the accuracy of data within the systems.

  • Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Ensures consistency of content related to SHRSS systems, Monitor, audit and maintain the integrity of information being populated into various systems
  • Manage exceptions with the systems and take appropriate actions for common exceptions
  • Provides functional knowledge of SHRSS systems to various business areas.
  • Participate in design and development projects.
  • Performs the testing and certification process.
  • Define content security permissions
  • Create require documentation and SOP's.
  • Ensure consistency of end user training on functionality and processes.
  • Maintain and audit system content to ensure a high standard of data integrity.
  • Partner with the Customer Care Help Desk to identify and resolve technical and functional issues.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree from four-year college or university; or equivalent years of directly related systems experience
  • Detailed oriented
  • Ability to learn new systems and business processes
  • Have advanced knowledge of excel( including advance functions, forms and macros) and knowledge of relational databases: Access, SQL and SQL/Visual Basic
