We are looking for a well experienced Hotel Controller for a 4**** German Cruise Line with mainly German Passengers. You should have several years of experience in this field, have a great F&B Background and must have ship experience. You are responsible for the auditing and financial reporting of the hotel stores, revenue departments and food & beverage inventory.

Also responsible for providing the Hotel Manager and F&B Director with full analysis and financial data with regards to consumption and inventory levels on a constant basis. You should be very flexible, stress-resistant and a good organizer and have great knowledge of the USPH standards and requirements.

You must be fluent in German and English - any additional language would be a plus. Also you should have a good computer knowledge.
