Skills & Education:

We are looking for an Ass. Corporate Pastry Chef for a 5***** River Cruise Line. Head office is in Switzerland.

The position requires a lot of travel on board the various river ships in europe.

Training of new Pastry Chefs on board. Ensuring that the recipes are followed. Ensuring that the standards of the company are followed. Ensuring that the HACCP is followed on board. If needed, vacation replacement of Pastry Chefs on board.

You should have a hands on mentality and should be very flexible and open minded.
You must be able to travel and „jump from ship to ship“. You must have very good computer skills. Working with new recipes and mainting the database of all recipes, creating and implementing new recipes on board in accordance with the Copr. Pastry Chef.

Assisting the Corp. Pastry Chef in all aspects.

Contract Conditions:

good Conditions

Swiss working contract – 13 salaries per year – Residence must be in Europe, preferably in germany, austria, switzerland, countries close by.

Work Experience Requirements

All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Cruise Ship, in a 4/5* Hotel or in an Upscale Restaurant.

Language Requirements

Good knowledge of the following languages is required: English, German
