Seeking experienced cruise ship Personnel & training Manager for small luxury fleet.

Managing the onboard training & development activities you will be instrumental to facilitating professional development & leadership programmes, as well as job skills programmes for new hire crew members. You will collaborate with key personal to design, develop and implement programmes, continually monitor and evaluate effectiveness and provide recommendations for improvement as required.

You should have at least 3 years experience in a similar role and have the proven ability to act as role model and insipre all crew members. Excellent interpersonal skills required. Fluent spoken and written English mandatory. Computer literacy a must.

Contract rotations: 4 months on / 2 months off

Salary in euros.
