HR Manager (River cruise company)

RAG Safety & Marine is now looking for a HR MANAGER for a River Cruise company.

From immediate we are looking for a qualified HR Officer for our FleetPro Ocean HR Department in Limassol Cyprus.
The qualified candidate needs to have top class ship experience ( preferably Purser/Reception position ) , fluent in English and being a teamplayer.Computer literate in Excel, Word , Opera..!
The offered position is for all year employment and needs an individual who wants to take the next step in his career.

Job summary

• Contact person regarding to Crewing/ Recruiting 
• Rotation planning and maintenance of different Hotel departments
• Coordinating with Assistant Crewing Officer regarding all contracts on board
• Visa procedure application for the ports
• Scheduling and contacting Crew and Crew Agencies
• Contacting port agents for crew change (to be in charge in cases of emergency)
• Follow up / Check on Invoices related to the ship
• Distribution of all payroll information in the office
• Monitors Par level and Crew Movement reports from the vessel
• Continuous development and optimization of work flow and standards
• Perform data-entry, recording, printing and filing duties

Job requirements

• Relevant experience in a similar role preferably in hotel business or on board cruise ship 
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, highly demanding office environment
• Ability to work under stress and on own initiative, good decision maker
• Reliable, trustworthy person, integrity
• Team player
• Very good communication skills,
• Excellent administrational skills in costs and quality control
• Very good understanding of Microsoft Office (especially Outlook, Word and Excel)
• Fluent English, written and spoken
• German language an advantage
• Must have a work permit or be a EU citizen
