The Executive Chef directs all activities of food preparation and service functions onboard the ship. She/he is responsible for the highest quality and preparation of all food served on board. In conjunction with our Corporate Executive Chef, she/he implements all updated recipes. Overall direction, supervision, training and personal conduct of all kitchen employees.

REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum three or four years experience in similar position
- Management level position
- Excellent English and German speaking skills
SALARY RANGE & CONTRACT LENGTH
- 2,400 € per month + Tips
- Seasonal Contract
- 4 vacation days per month

Work Experience Requirements
All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Cruise Ship, in a 4/5* Hotel or in an Upscale Restaurant.
