The Sous Chef works closely with the Executive Chef. She/he directs all activities of food preparation and service functions on board the ship. She/he is responsible for the highest quality and preparation of all food served onboard to guests and crew as per instructions of the Executive Chef. Reports directly to the Executive Chef.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum two or three years hotel and/or restaurant or prior ship experience in related position
  • Middle Management Level Position
  • Excellent English and German speaking skills

SALARY RANGE & CONTRACT LENGTH

  • 1,600 € per month + Tips
  • Seasonal Contract
  • 4 vacation days per month

Work Experience Requirements

All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Cruise Ship, in a 4/5* Hotel or in an Upscale Restaurant.
