Position Summary:

Responsible for the monitoring of outbound correspondence. Reviews e-mails and letters for message content, punctuation and grammar rules, as well as compliance to corporate policies. Ensures correspondence meets established quality performance standards, which are in support of the organizational mission and strategies.

 Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Interacts with correspondence representatives to ensure they are meeting and/or exceeding the guestsu00bf expectations with written responses

Identifies trends and themes among returned correspondences to improve letter template verbiage and/or agent qualify; identifying training opportunities.

Provides detailed reporting on opportunities to be used for correcting recurring performance issues and recognition opportunities.  

Assists with the implementation, administration, and/or revision of programs that benefit guest satisfaction.

Works closely with the supervisory team by providing feedback on correspondence staff.

Creates, updates and distributes letter/e-mail templates for the correspondence staff to use when responding to customer inquiries.

Qualifications:

High School diploma or GED required

Bachelor degree or other advanced training preferred in English, Journalism, or Communications

 Knowledge and Skills:

Previous experience having assessed performance of both teams and individuals.

Experience in designing, developing and delivering the implementation of new procedures, learning and performance improvement solutions; having evaluated performance, learning, application and the impact of designed solutions skills and RCL core competencies.

Well developed consulting skills, presentation skills, and project management skills.

Excellent Microsoft Office suite skills.

Ability to read, analyzes, and interprets general and high level business writing, professional journals, and technical procedures. 

Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. 

Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers and the general public.

Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals. 

Ability to compute rate, ratio, percentage, draw and interpret bar graphs.

Ability to solve practical problems; deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.

Ability to interpret a variety of instruction furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.

Must possess excellent interpersonal skills.

Should effectively build relationships and encourage collaboration in order to manufacture positive and significant outcomes.

Strong verbal and written communication skills required.

Demonstrate strong initiative, innovation and problem solving skills.

Demonstrate effective questioning and listening skills.

Must be able to work independently under defined scope of work given by Manager/Supervisor.

Must effectively be able to present information to management with recommendations of business process improvements
