We are looking for a couple of Teppanyaki chefs for a European Cruise Company.
The Duties include : Make the food requisition for the Teppaniaky station
Continually trains, coaches, and recognizes team members to improve food quality and meet budget expectations while motivating team members
Maintains an organized and efficient flow of production, with regards to changes in forecasts and menus
Responsible for mise-en-place, and food service for production area
Maintain USPH/FDA standards for outlet
Inventory and ordering of all food items
Job Requirements
1+ years of teppanyaki experience
High School Diploma or Equivalent required; Culinary School 2-4 year degree or foreign equivalency preferred;
At least 3 years in A Hotel or Cruise ship Environment
Solid knowledge of current food trends
Strong knowledge of all basic Asian cooking techniques
Ability to verbally explain processes of history, preparation, and cooking techniques to guests while cooking
Work Experience Requirements
All aplicants must have previous experience in working on a Cruise Ship or in a 4/5* Hotel.
Language Requirements
Good knowledge of the English language is required
Salary is 3000 - 3500 USD, depending experience.
All nationalities may apply, preference to Asian Chefs including Filipino.
