The Talent Acquisition Associate will ensure a smooth onboarding experience for all new hires. The Associate will manage the recruitment process for bulk positions, contractor conversions, temps on payroll, etc. and will support the recruiters in sourcing quality candidates for open positions through job postings, social media, job boards, etc. In addition, the incumbent will provide administrative support to the Recruiters as well as to the overall CTA function.

Career Snapshot:

• Organize and prioritize the new hire processing function to ensure smooth onboarding transition into the company
• Process new hires and ensure files are delivered to the File Room in a timely fashion
• Review drug test and background screening results and take action or escalate to Manager CTA
• Manage bulk recruitment, contractor conversions and temps on payroll
• Assist recruiters with internal recruitment and make lateral or promotional changes in PS
• Assist the recruiters with creating job postings and qualifying questions in Taleo
• Assist Lead, CTA and University Relations in onboarding interns
• Assist recruiters with sourcing and social media recruiting initiatives
• Schedule interviews and arrange travel for candidates as needed
• Act as Taleo Admin (back end system changes) in conjunction with Manager of CTA and escalate issues to HRIS as needed
• Welcome new hires into the organization on their first day
• Perform other administrative responsibilities as needed
• Review invoices for payment.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Prior experience in a fast paced administrative role with increasing responsibility
• Experience working in Human Resources preferred
• Strong computer skills including Expert Excel skills
• Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems and HRIS preferred
• Must be a team player
• Knowledge of social media recruitment and networking strategies
• Excellent customer service experience and the ability to be responsive on a consistent basis
• Ability to take initiative and execute sound judgment and decision making
• Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workflow
• Ability to be flexible to meet the needs of the business
