Costa Crociere is seeking a Compensation & Benefits Manager to provide strategic support to its Shipboard Personnel Administration & Planning Department. This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience in a complex, multicultural and challenging business environment. The chosen candidate will report to the HR Administration & Planning Director, taking over the following responsibilities:
- update onboard Salary Scales (Wages & Bonuses);
- manage (both updating procedures and performing calculations) Top positions’ objectives, retention incentives and all other bonuses;
- support the operations in simulation & proposal of new rewarding systems;
- perform internal and external compensation benchmarking analysis;
- monthly reconcile P&L payroll accounts;
- manage the insurances granted to onboard employees.
Job Requirements
- Strong skills in analytics
- Previous experience in compensation and or HR controlling would be appreciated
- Team working and problem solving attitude
- Very good knowledge of office tools, especially MS Excel
- Very good knowledge of English (at least B2 level is required)
Education
Economic Degree, Engineering Degree or equivalent
Career Level
at least 3 years of experience in compensation and or HR controlling
Language Requirements
Good knowledge of the English language is required.
