Costa Crociere is seeking a Compensation & Benefits Manager to provide strategic support to its Shipboard Personnel Administration & Planning Department. This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience in a complex, multicultural and challenging business environment. The chosen candidate will report to the HR Administration & Planning Director, taking over the following responsibilities:

  • update onboard Salary Scales (Wages & Bonuses);
  • manage (both updating procedures and performing calculations) Top positions’ objectives, retention incentives and all other bonuses;
  • support the operations in simulation & proposal of new rewarding systems;
  • perform internal and external compensation benchmarking analysis;
  • monthly reconcile P&L payroll accounts;  
  • manage the insurances granted to onboard employees.

Job Requirements

  • Strong skills in analytics
  • Previous experience in compensation and or HR controlling would be appreciated
  • Team working and problem solving attitude
  • Very good knowledge of office tools, especially MS Excel
  • Very good knowledge of English (at least B2 level is required)

Education

Economic Degree, Engineering Degree or equivalent

Career Level

at least 3 years of experience in compensation and or HR controlling

Language Requirements

Good knowledge of the English language is required.
