Butlers for Genting`s Dream Cruises

On behalf of Genting Hong Kong, Crystal Cruises Manning is looking for Butlers for the new cruise ship Genting Dream.

Genting`s first ship in the premium cruise market, Genting Dream will set sail November 2016. The new ship will carry 3,400 passengers and 2,000 crew members, giving a high 1,7 crew to guests ratio. The ship will have two exclusive decks of 'Dream Suites' that will come with European butler service and special privileges.

Must be service minded with an outgoing, charming and friendly personality. Previous experience as a Waiter from high scale hotel/ restaurant is an advantage. Good communicating skills in English.

General Responsibilities:

• Meet & Greet guests upon arrival.
• Pre check-in or assisted check-in, escort to the suite. Luggage should be in the suite.
• Suite introduction.
• Offer in-room dining service.
•  Accompanying guests to Show Lounge, Casino, Dinner and acting as guests`s personal assistant/butler during the cruise.
• To ensure that assigned pantries and lockers are kept clean and tidy at all times and in accordance to safety rules and regulations.
• Other responsibilities, as assigned but not limited to the above.

Personal interview will be held and training will be given by Crystal Cruises Head Butlers. Competitive salary paid in US Dollars. Contract length, 5 month on and 2 month off. Start date March 2016 in Hong Kong for training.
