PASTRY CHEF - DUBAI

Company which include a total three pastry shops and one concept bistro café in Dubai , one in Bahrain and shops in Abu Dhabi and Qatar is the largest organic supplier in the UAE. Is seeking:

PASTRY CHEF

Responsible for Pastry area.By monitoring and supervising the overall preparation of the pastry production . Responsible for managing the staff that work in the Pastry area.

Position requirements:

•  Diploma from a recognized apprenticeship program, or equival ent diploma specialist patisserie qualifications.
•  Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a similar environment, 2+ years supervisory experience with in a 4-5* hotel combined with Pastry shops and some bakery.
•  International experience required
•  Fluent English mandatory

Competitive Salary equivalent to 4000-5000 € monthly approx.,

One month holiday and one flight a year paid by the Company.
