We are looking for you to fill the following position at our headquarters in Rostock as soon as possible:

Business Analyst Contact Center Solutions (m/f)

Your target course:

• Support of business stakeholders ensuring the implementation of business strategies and requirements
• Project management including requirement analyses, while representing the contact person for all business units and vendors
• Project analyses and cost handling enabling an optimization of Total Cost of Ownership
• Relationship management towards external suppliers and partners including development, support and test activities outsourced as well from the perspective of cost budgeting and control

Your previous course:

• Academic IT education with experiences in the IT business
• Minimum of 4 years professional experience in similar positions, ideally in an international work environment
• Knowledge of business requirements methodology preferably including project management
• Very good English skills and a safe handling of MS Office
• A high degree of result and service orientation, entrepreneurial spirit, innovation and teamwork
