Content Marketing Specialist

Costa Crociere is seeking a talented Content Marketing Specialist to join the new e-Commerce & Digital Marketing Department, our unit born to deliver a cutting edge website where the Customers can start their Digital Journey before coming onboard our wonderful ships.

The position will be responsible for understanding the Company's needs and - with a Customer-centric approach - creating original, valuable and memorable contents able to attract and retain our Customers.

Main Activities and Responsibilities:

• Contributing to defining the Costa Brand Content Strategy
• Managing the requests coming from the Company designing the creative concept, defining and implementing the related contents able to promote new ships, cruises and destinations providing an outstanding Customer experience
• Uploading the contents on the website using the Company's CMS (Content Management System)
• Liaising with the Analytics and Performance Function in order to understand effectiveness of the contents created, impact on brand engagement and the quality level of Customer experience provided
• Collaborating with the Digital Innovation Function in the continuous improvement of the website and in the implementation of the new Digital mega trends and best practices
• Supporting the Demand and Planning Function in the scheduling of the activities and in the management of the external suppliers

Job Requirements

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's and/or Master's Degree
• At least 2-3 years of experience in Content Management
• Strong skills in digital-oriented communication (test, images, videos) able to speak in the best way to specific targets
• Good knowledge of CMS and technical tools for image editing
• Basic knowledge of SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and concepts like visits, bounce rate, time on site, page visited, booking funnel
• Very good knowledge of English (at least B2 is required)
• Coming from a Digital Agency or an Online Travel Agency will be a relevant plus
