4th Engineer for M/Y +100m (FOUM)

• Do you have EOOW Unlimited (III/1) certificate?
• Do you have 5+ years’ experience in a similar role?

We are looking for an experienced 4th Engineer to join this great vessel currently undergoing a refit, where you will enjoy the benefits of having 122 days of paid leave per year and the opportunity to discover the Asian lifestyle. This organisation likes to promote from within so there a career path available to you.

You will be a willing and able 4th Engineer offering excellent support to the whole Engineering team. You will have excellent verbal and written communication will work with a 2nd and 3rd Engineer and an ETO. Experience in working with Caterpillar generators would be a bonus, together with an all-round knowledge of engine room systems and watchkeeping.

Qualifications & Desired Attributes:

• EOOW Unlimited (III/1) Certificate
• Engine Officer for Passenger / General Cargo Ships
• Passenger Safety Certificate
• STCW Basic Safety training certificates
• Security Awareness or PDSD certificate
• Previous experience +5 years in similar position on commercial vessels or Passenger/cargo ships.
• Valid passport, ENG1 & Seaman’s Discharge Book
• Fluent English (spoken and written)

Experience in the following:

• Main Engines: MAK medium speed 4 stroke
• Caterpillar generators
• All Engine Room Systems, machinery and auxiliaries including deck systems, Hydraulics,HVAC/Refrigeration and Hotel Services, Hotel Systems (water distribution, sewage, etc.)

Salary: €5000 per month, 122 paid days leave per year and 2 return economy flights.
