Marketing Executive Benelux & Scandinavia

Costa Crociere is seeking a talented and energetic Marketing Executive for its newly-created Sales & Marketing structure in Northern Europe.

With the goal of providing quality support and unmatchable services to its business partners achieving a sustainable competitive advantage in the local marketplace, the Northern Europe Region has been created by Costa and Aida joining forces for a new Sales & Marketing organization for Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Sweden, Norway, Finland and Denmark.

The Marketing Executive is responsible for managing local marketing activities with a focus on creating more brand awareness of Costa Cruises. You will work closely with our international Sales, IT and Marketing departments in Italy and/or Germany. Position will be based in Amsterdam, The Netherlands.

Responsibilities will include:

• Managing UX and SEO improvement projects on the website, in cooperation with the IT and marketing department in Italy and/or Germany
• In cooperation with Sales and Marketing departments, managing website promotions and content.
• Organizing our activities on cruise and/or holiday fairs
• Managing our internal and external e-mail activities
• Coordinating PR activities to create brand building campaigns that are SEO optimized.
• Finding and building relationships and cooperation with possible Brand Partners to setup joint Marketing activities to increase brand awareness of Costa Cruises and acquire new Costa Club members.
• Coordinating all social marketing activities in cooperation with corporate marketing departments
• managing local activities for our Costa Club members.

Job Requirements

• Education: Degree in the field of Marketing and/or Media
• Work experience: 3 to 4 years minimal, preferably in Leisure, Travel and tourism sector, with experience on social and/or PR
• Competencies: project management, results-driven mindset, strong communication and negotiation skills, pro-active mentality, analytical skills
• Language skills: Dutch & English a must. Additionally, Swedish or Danish is strongly preferred
