Entertainment & Animation Product Development Manager

We are currently looking for an Entertainment & Animation Product Development Manager to join our Entertainment Department at the Company’s headquarter in Genoa – Italy.

Job Purpose

To create and develop fleetwide Entertainment & Animation activities programm targeted on Adults and Children, being able to innovate the product bringing new ideas and new formats.

Key Accountabilities

• Design innovations strategies and develop new Animation concept.
• Project management and implementation of innovative projects for animation optimizing the marketing mix based on seasons, ships, ininerary with the budget and the objectives assigned.
• Coordination of internal staff, onboard personnel and external agencies.
• Continually provide insight into industry best practices, design trends and content generation ideas.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Performing Arts, Technical Theater or related discipline preferred
• At least 5 years experience as Entertainment Manager in an International Company working in competitive markets.
• Strategic thinking and problem solving attitude, combined with structured working methodology, project management capabilities
• Good sense of creativity
• Excellent knowledge of the turism market
• Attitude to innovation and team working
• Fluent English
