- Knows deeply all the onboard services in order to provide accurate and timely information to Guests, including issues related to luggage, items, lost & found, managing complaints and solving problems in a fast, courteous and effective way
- Provides wake-up calls, public announcements, handles external calls, Internet, acts as phone operator for all internal and satellite calls from shore to ship and assists Guests with cabin safety boxes when required (e-mail) in order to support Guests
- Assists with embarkation and disembarkation procedures (collection, photocopying, distribution of personal ID–Passports- and Landing Cards, Boarding Forms, Overbooking, Luggage, transfers, Port Agents, cash deposit, settlement of guest’s payments) in order to facilitate the operation
- Verifies that Boarding Forms (and the Comment Forms) are filled in correctly by Guests and provides reports about e-comment forms in order to assure Customer Satisfaction
Job Requirements
- Secondary School (in tourism or language is a plus)
- At least 6 months experience in Hotels in similar positions (receptionist, customer service)
Language Requirements
Good knowledge of the English language is required.
