A Food and Beverage Execution Manager is required to join a UK Ferry Operator.

The candidate must have 3-4 years experience as a restaurant manager and preferably 3+ years experience as a professional chef. They must have a good understanding of how to create a good dining experience for customers and be a strong communicator and facilitator to implement changes with kitchen and serving staff.

Candidates must be eligible to work in the UK.

Salary paid in pounds - negotiable, with a 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off rotation.
