Job as a CHEF DE PARTIE Job in Ultra Luxury River Yachts six-star service and truly exceptional gastronomic restaurants on board Michelin Star standard

 

Position description

To manage your section (e.g. sauce, meat, fish etc.) and make sure that the Commis Chefs and Demi Chef de Parties understand and complete their tasks in your section. Any other duties that your Head Chef sees fit. . Active participation on food preparation and presentation.

 

Position requirements

  • Diploma from established Hotel School, recognized International culinary institution
  • 2 years’ experience in equal position on a ship or significant experience within Hotel Industry (5* service) gastronomic restaurants or Michelin starred.
  • International and signature Cuisine knowledge, .
  • Fluent English mandatory.

 

Position salary

Competitive Salary monthly 2450€ full accommodation and meals included; flights paid by the Excellent opportunities for professional development.

 

Duration of the contract

3 month contract with 1 month off rotation + renew. paid 4 weeks vacations paid

Work Experience Requirements
