Butler for luxury river 6+ star Passenger ships /Incoming Interviews & Selection

Face to face interview for Butler position on luxury river cruise ships of the company Crystal River Cruises.

Report's directly to the Restaurant

General responsibilities:

• To provide a personal six star service to Guests at all times and to deal with Guest complaints and comments in an efficient and timely manner.
• To provide Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, Canapé's and Bar service and to make onboard reservations for Spa, Vintage Room, etc. upon request.
• To ensure that assigned pantries and lockers kept clean and tidy at all times and in accordance to safety rules and regulations, following details of USPH. 

Requirements to candidates:

• Minimum of three (3) years proven experience in a luxury international hotel property or two (2) years experience in the luxury cruise ship industry preferred.
• Fluent in Written and spoken English 　
• Good communication skills.
• Must have very good organizational skills and show attention to detail.
• Must have initiative and the ability to work independently.
• Must be able to remain calm under pressure.
• Must be service minded with an outgoing, charming and friendly personality.
