Senior Receptionist - Cruise

I am currently working with a luxury Cruise company, and have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Receptionist to join them.

As a Senior Receptionist you will ensure the highest level service in a prompt, friendly, personalised and professional manor. The role will include assisting with administrative work, embarkations / disembarkation's and all general needs of guests.

In this passenger facing role, you will provide a specialised service within your allocated area. You will ensure that company standards are adhered to, and that the passenger experience on the front desk is enhanced.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Internationally recognised reception experience
• Professional Hotel / Catering educational training
• Cruise experience as a senior receptionist preferred
• Fluent English - additional languages preferred
